International Justice Confirmed: Satoris UAB Exonerated of All Corruption Allegations in Landmark Victory Against Kyrgyz Republic

VILNIUS, LITHUANIA – January 13, 2026 – Satoris UAB (formerly UAB Garsų Pasaulis), a leading European security printing and identity management firm owned by Satoris International, announces a definitive legal victory in its dispute with the Kyrgyz Republic. Following a final judgment by the Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm on December 19, 2025, which upheld a 2024 international arbitral award, the company has been fully vindicated.

The rulings conclusively reject the false narratives of “corruption” and “illegal activities” that were propagated by Kyrgyz authorities following the company’s legitimate win of a 2018 biometric e-passport tender.

A Victory for Truth and Integrity

The dispute arose when the Kyrgyz State Committee for National Security (GKNB) annulled the 2018 tender results, citing unfounded allegations of procedural violations and corruption. Refusing to accept these baseless accusations, Satoris UAB initiated international arbitration proceedings. In its Final Award of April 8, 2024, an independent International Tribunal constituted under UNCITRAL rules ruled in favor of the company.

Key findings of the legal proceedings include:

• Complete Exoneration: The Tribunal found no evidence of corruption, bribery, or illegal conduct by Satoris UAB or its employees. The “corruption” narrative was determined to be unsupported by facts.
• State Liability: The Tribunal held the Kyrgyz Republic liable for damages totaling US $1.3 million, plus interest and legal costs, for the wrongful treatment of the investor.
• Finality: The Kyrgyz Republic’s attempt to set aside the award was dismissed by the Svea Court of Appeal, which also ordered the State to pay over €616,000 in appellate legal costs to Satoris UAB.
